Head of Certifications
As our Head of Certifications, you'll lead the process of validating and verifying our carbon farming projects under internationally recognized standards such as ISO 14064-2, Verra VM0042, and others. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our credits are scientifically sound, credible, and aligned with the highest integrity requirements of the voluntary carbon market.

You’ll be leading a team of 4 specialists (2 based in Prague, 2 remote) and work closely with our internal agronomy, MRV, sales, and operations teams, as well as external auditors, validators, and partners.

This is a strategic and hands-on role — ideal for someone who wants to build and continuously improve certification systems in a mission-driven, impact-first organization.

We believe that healing the soil is the key to healing our planet, and we're committed to making this vision a reality – for our children and for generations to come.

Our approach encourages regenerative practices like no-till farming, cover cropping, and diverse crop rotations, which foster robust microbial communities in the soil. These microorganisms support plant growth, allowing the plants to capture more carbon dioxide from the air and store it underground as organic matter
